This toaster oven offers toasting, broiling, baking, and convection oven -- a nice array. The control dials are comfortable to work with [function, temperature, and timer]. Nothing happens until the timer is set. It seems accurate. Pan and rack cleaned up easily. A surprise was the requirement to have 6" air space on all sides, including rear, of the oven. That uses more counter space. But it's necessary because the rear gets hot too. A negative factor: the instruction book does not offer much help...no suggestions ... no recipes to give an idea about cooking times ; procedures.

I loved it at first. I cooked many items easily and appreciated the convection feature, but all functions except toast failed within two years. Repair more expensive than new one.
